Who we Are
We take a 360° hands-on approach to Real Estate, specializing in the development of highly personalized and tailored real estate solutions, taking care of the smallest detail and following each project through to completion. With our extensive experience, network of industry experts, and passion for design, we bring a fresh approach to real estate development. At the core of our mission is the development of real estate assets through the enhancement and revaluation of land and buildings. We want to be an example of Innovation and Sustainability in building and proposing real estate solutions to the whole of Italy, while doing our part in developing a cleaner world.
We have a very diverse and mixed portfolio, on the commercial front we have a significant portion dedicated to high street retail with tenants like Zara and portions dedicated to office buildings, with prestigious tenants like SIA. On the development front, we are very active in the residential market, in 2020 we completed the nòvAmpère complex, consisting of 105 luxury apartments, and are currently completing a 23 story skyscraper, Torre Milano. Moving forwards we are breaking ground on an ultra luxury apartment complex in the Brera area, which will consist of 30-micro apartments.
More recently, we have begun working with institutional players and have finalized the sale of a 170-apartment residential property earmarked for a large American fund. We have also entered into a partnership acting as a local partner with astudent housing operator in England, with strong expansion ambitions in Italy. The current development of two projects in Milan consists of 1,200 beds.
